Because our signs are made to order, please allow 10-15 business days for us to create your product and prepare them for shipping. It is our goal here at Rusty Star Sign Co. to provide you with excellent service for both the quality of the product as well as the shipment of your product(s).

Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover & PayPal.

Returns
If the product you purchased was damaged during shipping, please return it to us and a replacement or store credit, less shipping costs, will be given. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed.
Personalized and custom made orders are not returnable. When requesting a custom made sign, we send each customer a graphic sample for their approval to eliminate the need for returns.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped via our standard shipping which is USPS (unless different carrier is specified) in 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) and are paid by the customer. During our busy season, please allow us additional time to get your order out.
Currently at this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
